My name is Edmond Khudyan, the President of Arin (Arin is my son, he is 11) Capital & Investment Corp. based in Glendale, California. I have been in real estate and investments for little more than 13 years. Born in Tehran, raised in Yerevan and living in the US since 1989.
    In the summer of 2003, visiting Armenia my second time since year 2000, I started with investments in Yerevan, Armenia. The economy, banking system, agriculture, technology, customer service and relations, tourism, unemployment rate (still very high), real estate developments, massive land purchases, (allowed to Armenians only by obtaining conditional residency) investments by foreign companies and etc. were showing serious improvements and progress. 

    Armenia has improved a lot. Since the summer of 2003 I have visited there 44 times, each time analyzing every little detail, their markets, economy, political situation, living standards as well as social improvements. Foreign investment firms are investing there ....(Russians, Persians, Europeans, Americans, Middle Eastern's and etc..). Dependable financial markets, stability in government, political situation and good investment returns have motivated outside investors to establish connections with Armenia and profit from the current financial boom. In a result, unemployment rate is dropping slowly. Armenians from around the world are returning home......
